Maine APEX is a statewide program of Eastern Maine Development Corporation (EMDC). Our professional government procurement technical assistance services are provided by EMDC and our sub-recipients, Northern Maine Development Commission, Sunrise County Economic Council, and Four Directions.
Our Procurement Counselors work from offices located throughout the state. If you are interested in making selling to the government part of your company’s overall business portfolio, our professional staff will give you the technical assistance that you need.
